Job summary

Wine Rack is seeking a friendly Wine Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting wines. You will perform POS transactions, manage stock and merchandising, and help maintain an engaging store environment.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, High School or equivalent education, and Smart Serve certification. Physical duties include lifting up to 21 kg and standing for long periods.

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in retail is an asset.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
