Wine Rack in Brighton is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide exceptional service and assist with wine knowledge and tastings. You will join a friendly, fast-paced store environment offering a strong education program on Arterra wines and a chance to learn through hands-on experience in a retail setting.

The role involves handling POS transactions, receiving shipments, replenishment, and participating in community events while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays


• 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required.


• Smart Serve Certification is required.


• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
