Job summary

The Wine Shop in Ontario is seeking an extraordinary teammate to join our team. We are focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to every customer, helping them find the perfect wine and sharing fun know-how along the way.

As part of our team, you will provide excellent guest service, assist with purchases, and share product information. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service and a Smart Serve certification, with flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience minimum.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.
• Proficient with Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
