Job summary

The Wine Shop in Collingwood, Canada seeks a dedicated teammate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert wine knowledge. You will assist customers, answer questions, and help them find the perfect selection to enhance every purchase.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service, familiarity with POS systems, Smart Serve certification, and comfort with computer tools. Availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus.
• Experience with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basis.
