Job summary

Erin Park Lexus, a family-run dealership in Mississauga, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our top Product Advisors. The role involves guest follow-up to schedule vehicle delivery, managing the delivery calendar, coordinating insurance confirmation and licensing before delivery, and ensuring the vehicle is ready for delivery with the PDI team.

The ideal candidate will quickly grasp product knowledge, communicate effectively, coordinate with teams, and handle timelines with reliability.

As a Sales Assistant you are responsible:

• Guest follow up to schedule vehicle delivery date.
• Manage delivery calendar for Product Advisors
• Coordinate and complete the necessary insurance confirmation and licensing prior to delivery date.
• Coordinate with PDI department to ensure vehicle is ready on time and complete full delivery process as needed.

The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with:

• Excellent ability to grasp new product knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on a firm timeline

Qualifications:

• Valid G driver's license
• OMVIC license (in progress).

This position will require rotational hours of work.
