Erin Park Lexus is seeking a Service Advisor to be the front-line guest relations and service sales representative. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, identifying service needs, and guiding customers through a seamless visit.

The successful candidate has 1-2 years of luxury automotive service experience, familiarity with NPS metrics, and a valid G driver's license. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Erin Park Lexus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Valid G driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.

The Service Advisor is the dealership’s front-line guest relations and service sales representative. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while identifying service and maintenance needs, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service visit from start to finish.
