Product Advisor

Regency Lexus, part of the Regency Auto Group, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-oriented Product Advisor to join our award-winning sales team.

As a Product Advisor, you will represent the Lexus brand while helping guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle to suit their needs. Beyond the sale, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships and creating exceptional experiences that keep our guests coming back.

At Regency Lexus, you’ll be part of a warm, supportive, and collaborative team with the resources, training, and tools needed to build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide a premium, personalized experience to guests throughout the entire vehicle purchase journey, from initial contact through delivery and beyond


• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles, highlighting key features, technology, benefits, pricing, and financing options


• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up, appointment setting, referrals, and proactive business development


• Generate new business through prospecting, outbound calls, referrals, networking, and other relationship-building activities


• Stay up to date on Lexus products, technology, industry trends, and competitor activity through ongoing training and professional development


• Participate in dealership marketing initiatives, including vehicle walkarounds, promotional videos, social media content, and other customer-facing campaigns


• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while consistently delivering a level of service that reflects the Regency Lexus and Lexus brand

Requirements

• Valid VSA Certification


• Previous automotive sales experience of 5+ years is preferred


• Professional demeanor, appearance, and consultative selling style


• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills


• Comfortable with proactive prospecting, including outbound and cold calls


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends


• Valid driver's licence and satisfactory driver's abstract


• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal


• Additional language skills are considered an asset
