Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited is seeking a customer-focused musician to join our team in Richmond Hill. You will help customers with buying and renting instruments and gear, determine needs, and showcase products and their benefits.

You will answer calls, follow up on orders, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge while contributing to a welcoming store environment and collaborating in regular trainings. This role requires energy, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Ability to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recommend solutions in a confident and assertive manner.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset.
