Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Longueuil, Canada is seeking a sales associate to help customers through the selling and renting of musical instruments and gear. You will identify needs and match them with the right products and services, while demonstrating features and benefits to customers.

You will answer calls professionally, follow up on orders with customers and suppliers, and maintain knowledge of products and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Available to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset.
