Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Richmond, BC is seeking a friendly, customer-focused sales associate to help customers purchase and rent musical instruments and gear.

You will match individual needs to products, demonstrate features, answer calls, and follow up on orders while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and policies. This role also supports store merchandising, maintenance and team training.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Energetic, positive attitude with steady composure.
• Strong work ethic and commitment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus.
