Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Mississauga is seeking a customer-focused associate to help customers through selling and renting musical instruments and gear. You will define individual needs, demonstrate products, and explain features, while handling calls and following up on orders.

Stay current with products, policies, and procedures and participate in training sessions to maintain expertise. This role requires energy, reliability, and a positive attitude, with ability to work weekdays,

Qualifications

• Musician who can play at least one instrument.
• Availability: weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Positive attitude with steady composure.
• Strong work ethic and commitment.

• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident, assertive in recommending solutions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Retail or sales experience is an asset.
