Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Sudbury, ON is seeking a Retail Associate to assist customers with purchasing and renting musical instruments and gear. You will assess needs and pair customers with the right products and services, and demonstrate features to aid decision-making.

The role requires a musician who can work weekdays, weeknights and weekends, with a positive attitude and high energy. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.

• Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of our products, policies and procedures
• Attend weekly staff meetings and periodic training sessions
• Merchandise store to create an inviting environment for customers to shop
• Participate in store maintenance, warehouse duties, and other related tasks
