Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Grand Falls, NB is seeking a dedicated sales associate to help customers buy and rent musical instruments and gear. You will assess individual customer needs, recommend suitable products, and demonstrate features and benefits to drive confident purchases.

Responsibilities include answering calls, following up on orders, maintaining product knowledge, and participating in store maintenance and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recommend solutions in a confident and assertive manner.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
