Job summary

Long & McQuade Musical Instruments in Grand Falls, NB is seeking a part-time Sales and Rental Associate to help customers with selling and renting musical instruments and gear. You will define individual needs and match customers with the right products and services, and demonstrate features to customers.

You will answer telephone calls, follow up on orders, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures while attending weekly meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset.
