Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Moncton, NB seeks a Retail Sales Associate to help customers with selling and renting musical instruments and gear. You will identify individual needs and match them with the right products and services.

You will demonstrate products, explain features, answer calls, follow up on orders, and help maintain a welcoming store environment through training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recommend solutions confidently and assertively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset.
