UAP inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Analytics professional in Canada to optimize sales reporting and standardize performance metrics across the organization. You will create, analyze and communicate customer and operational data used by Managers and Executives, contributing to revenue growth and profitability.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, advanced Excel, Power BI, Cognos, and Query Studio skills, with travel as needed. Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is a plus.

Qualifications

• University or College degree/diploma with 5-7 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Cognos, Query Studio, and other data tools.
• Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is a definite asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Bilingualism, English and French, is not required but is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategies to optimize UAP’s sales reporting, standardize the measurement of our sales teams, and ensure that they’re being utilized to drive sales growth & profitability.
• Create, generate, analyze, and communicate customer & operational data used by Managers & Executives across the company.
• Produce reports on NAPA’s sales results for our Sales & Management teams including banners & major accounts, Fleet & Government, OE Dealerships, Dedicated Sales Force, Paint & Body, etc.
• Assist with promotional program registration, sales tracking for store and promotions with ASP, supplier sales reporting, sales trending, key initiative tracking, and a variety of other sales reports and analysis as required.
