The Sales Analyst will deliver top-tier analysis on retail POS, investments, and market trends, focusing on Amazon. Responsibilities include weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, customer meeting preparation, supporting sales strategies, identifying opportunities, analyzing promotions/pricing, and assessing competitor market insights. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on assortment productivity and long-term planning.

Here are some of the exciting tasks you’ll undertake:

Responsibilities

• Assist with assortment and promotion planning through analytical research
• Support cross-functional meetings to improve sales and profitability
• Measure ROI and margin productivity for promotions
• Conduct weekly competitor analytics, share results, and SKU rankings
• Deliver regular analytics reports on business health
• Analyze pre- and post-promotion impacts on brands and categories
• Understand daily POS impacts to facilitate decision-making
• Support visibility for key product launches
• Conduct in-store visits to assess shelf presence
• Identify and quantify marketplace and retailer trends and issues
• Collaborate with sales directors for retailer meetings

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in a strategic sales environment
• Amazon analytical experience is a plus
• Strong multi-tasking and detail orientation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
