Synergy Advantage is seeking two motivated and dynamic Sales Agents to join their international sales team.

As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing the best solutions.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with at least three years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in health, wellness, aesthetics, or medical industries. They are an excellent communicator, adept at building trust with clients through personalized recommendations and proactive follow-ups. Comfortable handling objections and closing sales across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat). They are tech-savvy, organized, and collaborate effectively with marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies and customer retention.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with leads and customers through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to introduce our products/services and close sales.
  • Understand customer needs, address objections, and provide personalized recommendations that align with customer goals.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, maintaining a strong sense of accountability for performance.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay organized by keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to provide feedback, refine sales strategies, and support customer retention efforts.
  • Adapt to evolving products, sales processes, and customer needs, and continuously learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead.

What You'll Have
  • Sales or Customer Service Background (3 years minimum): Previous experience in a sales-driven environment, ideally in health, wellness, aesthetics, or medical industries (it's a plus).
  • Product Knowledge: Comfort discussing cosmetic or aesthetic products, or a strong willingness to learn about them.
  • Phone/Email/Live Chat Sales Experience: Confident in handling sales conversations across different channels.
  • Handling Objections & Closing Skills: Skilled in listening to customer objections, isolating concerns, and guiding the customer to a successful sale.
  • Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: Able to manage both long and short sales cycles and keep track of leads through the sales process.
  • Upselling/Cross-Selling Experience: Recognizes opportunities to offer additional value and deepen customer relationships.
  • Collaboration with Marketing or Customer Success Teams: Experience working cross-functionally to improve campaigns and support customer retention.
  • Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working independently and staying motivated in a remote or hybrid environment.
