Base pay range

CA$40,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr

Sales Executive - Aesthetics Training - Hamilton or Toronto, Canada - c$40k (c$70k OTE)

We’re seeking a results-focused, proactive telephone-based Sales Executive with excellent communication skills to join an award-winning, international aesthetic training academy in Hamilton or Toronto.

The role involves following up warm leads and converting inquiries from individuals and organizations into bookings. Cold calling is not required.

Our client offers a base salary of approximately $40k and a very generous bonus scheme, with an OTE of around $70k.

Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound inquiries from potential training delegates promptly
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions or alternatives
  • Upselling products when applicable
  • Maintaining effective communication with delegates at all times
  • Keeping accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Senior Management to uphold the company’s brand

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in telephone-based sales or customer service roles
  • Experience in the aesthetics, training/education, or medical industries is required
  • A proven track record of success in warm sales environments and achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Confident, supportive, and proactive attitude
  • IT literacy, including experience with databases/CRMs and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
