Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Multi Line Representative specializing in Life Sciences Cold Storage, specifically Ultra-Low Temperature Freezers. This is a commission-based position. The representative will be responsible for customer service, conducting sales, assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries, and handling insurance brokerage tasks. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior service and product support.
