Repair and Clean

We are currently seeking a Repair and Clean Person to support our Peterborough team.

Responsibilities

1. This job involves cleaning and maintaining the facility using various manual and power equipment.
2. Responsible for minor preventative maintenance.
3. Look after the storage and cleaning of waste and hazardous materials used by manufacturing.
4. Work within a team environment to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation.
5. Work with ladders and other equipment at various heights to replace filters from the dust collection.
6. Responsible for thorough cleans on large vacuum ovens.

Qualifications And Experience

1. Grade 12 Technical graduate
2. Valid class ‘G’ driver’s license
3. Possess/successfully obtain forklift operator license and Level 1 crane operator license > 15 tons
4. Possess/successfully obtain Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate
5. Demonstrated team player
6. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Selected applicants will be tested and interviewed.

The starting hourly wage in Ontario is expected to be between $30.91 - $34.34. The final salary depends on market factors and individual qualifications, and may include additional benefits and incentives.
