Job summary

Birks is seeking a Key Holder/Sales Advisor for our Fairview, Pointe-Claire location. You will support the leadership team, drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and maintain operational excellence to ensure a luxury shopping experience for every client.

You will lead on the sales floor, supervise daily operations, coach team members, and manage cash and inventory procedures. English proficiency is required for communication beyond Quebec.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, watches, or premium customer service.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and can confidently lead the team in the absence of management.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term client relationships.

As a Key Holder/Sales Advisor at our Fairview, Pointe-Claire store, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Acting as a leader on the sales floor, you will help motivate the team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure a luxury shopping experience for every client. Key Holders are responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash and inventory procedures, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Support the achievement of sales and performance goals
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

This role is ideal for a customer-focused retail professional with leadership experience and a passion for luxury retail.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
