Job summary

The Ministry of Highways is seeking a Safety Training Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Safety Training Program. Reporting to the Director of Fleet Programs, you will review training requests, handle complaints and devise comprehensive solutions to improve safety practices.

The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of Adult Education best practices, OH&S regulations and related standards, with credentials such as NCSO or CRST, and several years in safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adult Education best practices and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Highway Traffic Act and OHS legislation.
• Experience in safety professional training roles.
