Job summary

K-Line Group is seeking a Safety and Skills Development Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training and ensure health and safety compliance across the organization. The role collaborates with operations and leadership to foster a safe work environment and improve workforce competency through targeted training initiatives.

The position includes developing safety training programs, conducting assessments, audits, and maintaining training records while aligning with COR, ISO 9001/45001

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in the high voltage electrical sector.
• Red Seal certified trade certificate or related training designation (NCSO/CRST/CRSP preferred).
• Experience developing and implementing training programs is an asset.
• ISO 9001 & 45001 certification will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture through leadership and field safety activities.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and TNAs.
• Maintain training records and matrices; coordinate certifications and renewals.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
