Job summary

Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking a Regional Health & Safety Trainer to promote a strong safety culture across the Brampton region. You will deliver engaging training, monitor effectiveness, and maintain records to ensure compliance with regulations for both employees and customers.

The role requires at least two years in a training capacity, strong communication, and a willingness to travel within the province. A company vehicle is provided along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of training experience or more.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Public speaking to groups of varying sizes.
• Strong understanding of safety laws and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the province as required.
• Familiarity with CAT equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety training programs to internal staff and external customers.
• Maintain accurate safety and training records for the region.
• Ensure training complies with applicable legislation and company policies.
• Develop engaging training plans and learning materials.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide follow-up coaching or retraining as needed.
• Collaborate with team to support a safe work environment.
• Distribute training aids and manage learning materials.
