Job summary

CenterLine Windsor Limited is seeking a Safety and Risk Assessment Specialist to manage workplace health and safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with OHSA and company policies.

This role reports to the VP of Human Resources and partners with the Joint Health & Safety Committee to drive prevention, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• CRSP designation preferred or in progress.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification required.
• JHSC certification required.
• Knowledge of OHSA, CSA standards and safety regulations.
• Experience in risk assessments and safety program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and review health and safety policies and programs.
• Lead inspections and safety audits and report KPIs.
• Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with JHSC to address hazards and improvements.
• Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead root-cause analyses for incidents and prevent recurrence.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across the organization.
