CenterLine Windsor Limited is seeking a Safety and Risk Assessment Specialist to manage workplace health and safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with OHSA and company policies.
This role reports to the VP of Human Resources and partners with the Joint Health & Safety Committee to drive prevention, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture in a manufacturing setting.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as we are actively recruiting for a Safety and Risk Assessment Specialist.
The Safety and Risk Assessment Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting workplace health and safety programs ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and company policies. This role conducts risk assessments, identifies potential workplace hazards, and implements measures to prevent incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a thorough knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and other applicable workplace health and safety requirements. This position will report to the VP, Human Resources.
