Minth Windsor Manufacturing is seeking an EHS Specialist to develop and implement Canadian-compliant environmental, health and safety programs across our durable goods facility in Windsor. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement to minimize risks and environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in an EHS role within manufacturing or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial EHS regulations.
• CRSP or NEBOSH certification required.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and develop safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures per regulations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate employee training on safety protocols, emergency response, and environmental stewardship.
• Monitor emissions and waste management to meet regulatory and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate to promote a safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and maintain EHS documents.
• Stay updated with legislation and industry trends.
