Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and its plant-level application.
Proven experience in risk analysis, safety audits, incident management, and corrective action planning.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Lead detailed risk analyses, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop, deliver, and oversee health and safety training programs for leaders and employees.
Manage incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Oversee PPE use, emergency response planning, and implementation of safety projects.
