Job summary

Waterworth in Victoria, BC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact with prospective municipal customers. You will research municipalities, identify opportunities, and connect with decision-makers to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Join a growing SaaS team and develop your communication, prospecting and business skills while gaining structured onboarding and coaching. This is an in-office role in downtown Victoria.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to research municipalities and identify opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with learning new tools, including AI.
