Fraserway RV LP is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers with top-tier RV service. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, create and manage work orders, and keep clients informed during repairs. Collaboration with technicians and warranty staff is essential, with a focus on quality checks and accurate billing.

A strong customer service mindset and organizational skills are required. Experience in RV or automotive service is a plus, but the emphasis is on skills and personality.

• Collaborating with technicians and warranty advisors for seamless service.
• Performing quality checks to uphold high standards.
• Providing estimates and discussing service options with customers.
• Closing work orders and ensuring accurate billing.
