Job summary

Fraserway RV in Kelowna, BC, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the bridge between customers and our RV service team. You’ll greet customers, understand service needs, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

You’ll create and manage work orders, provide estimates, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed throughout the process. Collaboration with technicians and warranty staff is key to delivering top‑notch service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent life experience.
1+ year experience in customer service or sales.
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to work.
Strong desire to learn and grow within the RV service industry.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and understanding their service needs.
Scheduling and coordinating service appointments using our Appointment Scheduler.
Creating and managing work orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy for our technicians.
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and providing timely updates.

Are you passionate about RVs and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and be the bridge between our valued customers and top-tier RV service!

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking service, maintenance, and repair for their RVs, ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and understanding their service needs.
Scheduling and coordinating service appointments using our Appointment Scheduler.
Creating and managing work orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy for our technicians.
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and providing timely updates.
Collaborating with technicians and warranty advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Performing quality control checks to uphold our high standards.
Providing estimates and discussing service options with customers.
Closing work orders promptly and ensuring accurate billing.

What We’re Looking For

While experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus, we value skills and personality above all. We’re looking for someone who:

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or a sales environment (1+ year preferred).
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to work.
A strong desire to learn and grow within the RV service industry.

Working Conditions

Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Physical requirements include standing, bending, and occasional lifting.

Compensation: $22.00 - $29.00 based on experience
