Fraserway RV is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our Abbotsford team. You will help customers and service technicians find the right parts and accessories while keeping inventory organized, accurate, and readily available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting retail customers with parts and accessory purchases.
• Helping service technicians locate and obtain required parts quickly.
• Processing parts orders, quotes, and backorders.
• Tracking and following up on special orders and customer requests.
• Receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and bin locations.
• Performing inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Coordinating shipping, receiving, and returns.
• Merchandising parts and accessories displays.
• Answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe parts department.

Fraserway RV is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Abbotsford team. In this role, you'll help customers and service technicians find the right parts and accessories while ensuring inventory is organized, accurate, and readily available.

Whether your experience comes from automotive, RV, marine, powersports, heavy equipment, retail parts, warehouse operations, or a similar industry, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting retail customers with parts and accessory purchases
• Helping service technicians locate and obtain required parts quickly
• Processing parts orders, quotes, and backorders
