AgeCare London is hiring a Part-time Registered Practical Nurse in London, Ontario. The RPN collaborates with the RN, guides Personal Support Workers, and ensures resident care aligns with policies and regulations.

You will liaise with doctors and health-care partners, promptly reporting changes in resident status and contributing to shift handovers. A current Ontario CN Certificate is required and competitive compensation is offered.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing.
• Familiarity with Ontario health acts and safety regulations.
• Current CN Ontario Certificate of Competence in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the RPN and implement AgeCare policies on the unit.
• Liaise with physicians and health care partners to coordinate care.
• Notify physician of significant changes in resident status in RN's absence.
• Direct Personal Support Workers and participate in shift reports.
