Job summary

Sun Parlor Home in Leamington, Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our care team in a part-time capacity. You will deliver individualized nursing care, administer medications, and support residents with a resident-first approach.

You will collaborate with Nursing Leadership and other clinicians, participate in health screenings, stay compliant with Ontario standards, and engage in regular team trainings.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and RPNAO CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
• Minimum of six months nursing experience in long-term care preferred
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care and administer medications
• Supervise restorative and palliative programs and oversee procedures
• Document care electronically and work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Nurse Leaders
