Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional resident care while following protocols.
• Observe and report vital signs and conditions of residents.
• Organize functions and activities related to resident care.
• Assist in managing workforce of nursing and personal care staff.
• Train new staff and refer concerns to the Director of Care.
