SE Health is hiring a Personal Support Manager (RPN) to lead a community PSW team across Embrun, Cornwall, Alexandria, Hawkesbury, Rockland, and surrounding areas. You will oversee client care, staff performance, and operational metrics, drawing on your clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. A valid Ontario RPN license, a Bachelor's or diploma, and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a regulated health care professional RPN license in Ontario.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership/management experience; internal candidates may have 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 6 months of community nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated Saint Elizabeth values and strong leadership competencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Must be willing to travel and have a vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Current CPR certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the PSW team to achieve performance targets.
• Maximize team performance through effective resource utilization.
• Promote engagement with SE’s private pay business when appropriate.
• Forecast resource needs and plan accordingly.
• Implement communication strategies for a shared vision and collaboration.
• Support special projects or new programs as needed.
• Evaluate performance and develop PSW skills and competencies.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and orient new staff; manage performance issues with HR.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Standards, WSIB, and Health & Safety legislation.
• Conduct client care plan reviews and support home visits.
