RNS Health Care Services Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Client Care Supervisor (RPN) for a 14-month contract to lead a dedicated team in delivering in-home care, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor Personal Support Workers, collaborate with nurses and physicians, and oversee care plans, while building strong relationships with clients and families.

This salaried, full-time role offers an opportunity to impact geriatric and adult community-based services.

Formación

• RPN certification mandatory.
• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proof of a negative TB skin test (2-step Mantoux).
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within last 6 months).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs), ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.
• Oversee daily operations to meet regulatory standards and care plans.
• Supervise PSWs, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Strengthen client and family relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve care delivery and implement effective solutions.
