Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Personal Services Manager (RPN) to oversee a community PSW team in Durham region, Ontario. You will lead staff, manage client and operational metrics, and promote high-quality care with experienced PSWs.

This replacement role offers hybrid work, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. The role requires an Ontario-licensed RPN with a bachelor’s or diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• A regulated health care professional RPN with current license in Ontario.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership/management experience preferred; internal applicants may have 1–2 years in leadership.
• At least six months of community nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to achieve performance targets and maximize team performance.
• Promote engagement with SE Health’s private pay business when appropriate.
• Forecast resource needs and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Standards, WSIB, Health & Safety laws.
