SE Health is seeking a Personal Services Manager (RPN) to oversee a community PSW team in Durham region. You will lead client care delivery, manage client and operational metrics, and support the team with your clinical and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• RPN with current license and good standing in Ontario.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership/management experience preferred.
• Six months of community nursing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to engage staff to meet/exceed performance targets.
• Maximize team performance through efficient use of resources.
• Promote engagement with SE’s private pay business when appropriate.
• Forecast resource needs and plan accordingly.
• Communicate effectively to promote a shared vision and teamwork.
• Support special projects or new programs as required.
• Evaluate staff performance and develop PSW skills and competencies.
• Hire, onboard, and orient new employees; follow HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Standards, WSIB, health and safety.
