Qualifications

• RPN with current Ontario license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership/management experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months community nursing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to PSW staff and drive performance targets.
• Maximize team performance using efficient resource use.
• Promote engagement with private pay services when appropriate.
• Forecast resource needs using projections.
• Implement clear communication to align vision and collaboration.
• Support special projects or new programs as required.
