  • Respond to reservation inquiries via phone and email.
  • Accurately record reservation information in the Property Management System.
  • Maintain and monitor the 'Royal Service' platform.
  • Monitor guest text messages and respond within 3 minutes.
  • Ensure professional communication follows radio standards.

Location: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0

Pay: $19.54 per hour • Job type: Full-time • Shift: Night shift

Overview

Be an ambassador for our brand as a Royal Service Agent, where the engaging and anticipative service you provide over the telephone will make our guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all external and internal guest/colleague inquiries and concerns are answered promptly and professionally either by telephone or the radio system.
  • Respond to all Room Reservation, Rate Offering and Hotel Information inquiries promptly and professionally via telephone and/or e-mail.
  • Accurately record all required reservation information in the Property Management System (Property Manager).
  • Maintain and monitor the 'Royal Service' platform.
  • Monitor and respond to guest Kipsu text messages within the Forbes standard time frame (3mins).
  • Ensure all communication is professional and follows radio standards, using the correct verbiage and coding system to maximize efficiency in radio communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.

  • Good knowledge of hotel facilities and previous Property Manager asset.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (including night shifts).
  • Computer and typing skills, approximately 40 words per minute.
