Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative who will manage their own delivery route in Surrey, BC. You’ll build relationships with customers, deliver products, and drive growth with an hourly base pay of 26.25 plus commissions on route revenue.

You will upsell and cross-sell, handle payments and paperwork, and maintain a company vehicle and records. A valid license, 1 year of safe driving, and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately.
• Safety‑sensitive role; drug testing and background check completion is required.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience
• Experience safely driving a 3-ton and/or a 5-ton truck is an asset
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
• Safety‑sensitive role; drug testing and background check completion is required

Physical Demands

• Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
• Stooping and climbing stairs
• Lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly

Schedule

• Either 4 days per week with 10 hours per day, or 5 days per week with 8 hours per day depending on the route.
• Pay: $26.25 per hour + commission based on route revenue
