Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver products on a scheduled route and grow customer relationships. You will earn a base hourly pay of 26.25 with additional commission based on route revenue, and you’ll operate company vehicles, handle payments, and maintain accurate paperwork.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales skills, and safe driving in a dynamic field environment with opportunities for promotions and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Experience safely driving a 3-ton and/or a 5-ton truck is an asset.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals.
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately.
• Safety-sensitive role; drug testing and background check completion is required.

Schedule

• Either 4 days per week with 10 hours per day, or 5 days per week with 8 hours per day depending on the route.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $26.25 per hour + commission based on route revenue
