Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, and handle uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

This full-time role emphasizes a fast-paced, on-site environment with most routes avoiding nights and weekends, focusing on safety, teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Compensation & Schedule

• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority work a 4‑Day workweek
• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• A valid, full, unrestricted driver license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A high school diploma, GED or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
