Job summary

University Health Network is seeking a RMP Project Coordinator, Operations to support project and change management for large capital projects and strategic initiatives within the Radiation Medicine Program. You will collaborate with FM-PRO, UHN Digital, Radiation Safety and other UHN departments to coordinate communications, meetings and timelines.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of RMP Operations, you will prepare stakeholder maps, status reports, and go-live activities, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with change management methodologies (PROSCI) and related tools.
• Experience creating communications content (decks, SharePoint) and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex tasks.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project management, communications and change activities for large capital projects.
• Coordinate RMP committees: agendas, materials, minutes, actions, risks and decisions.
• Monitor progress and report on project management, change and communications plans.
• Prepare program status reports, timelines and stakeholder maps.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and project managers.
• Support Go-Live preparations and post Go-Live activities.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
