University Health Network is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the FM-PRO team at Toronto General Hospital. You will coordinate capital project activities under the Senior Project Manager, supporting Facilities Operations with schedules, deliverables, and risk management.
The role requires a 4-year mechanical/construction diploma or related program and at least 5 years of experience in plant equipment maintenance, preferably in a unionized hospital setting.

Position Summary: As an integral member of the FM-PRO Facilities Operation, the PROJECT COORDINATOR works as part of a team and coordinates capital project activities under the direction of the Senior Project Manager and works with Facilities Operation Team.
The Project Coordinator will be a highly organized individual with background and experience with supporting healthcare capital projects, especially capital projects, including the maintaining of project schedules, creating and editing deliverables, and managing risks, communications and reporting updates to stakeholders at various levels. The individual in this role will be a clear communicator and skilled writer and will be comfortable creating, writing and editing proposals and presentations.
