POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Governance, the Risk Management Governance, Senior Manager will support the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide risk frameworks and policies. This role also manages the design and execution of risk programs and initiatives, ensuring the organization operates within its defined risk appetite and complies with regulatory requirements.
The role will maintain a comprehensive understanding of current business and function risks and provide guidance on Enterprise Risk. Support Director, Enterprise Risk Governance in developing and delivering training programs to facilitate the implementation of risk management policies and programs, improving risk maturity. Furthermore, the role will lead the improvement of the Risk function, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, addressing emerging risks and facilitating wider adoption risk practices across the organization. The role will also contribute to HEB’s ICCAP, Pillar III disclosure and annual business and strategic planning exercises.
