Your expertise in **process optimization, press setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement** will be critical in maximizing productivity, reducing downtime, and ensuring high-quality production performance. ## **Why You’ll Love Working Here:*** **Recognition Programs:** Programs that recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.* **Community Engagement:** Opportunities to participate in community service and corporate social responsibility initiatives.* **Strong Leadership:** Work under experienced and visionary leaders who guide the company towards success.* **Innovation Hubs:** Access to state-of-the-art facilities and innovation hubs that foster creativity and development. ## **What You’ll Be Doing:**• Improve operational throughput through process optimization and monitoring. • Document process changes, setpoints, programs, and parameters through established control systems. • Reduce downtime by executing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. • Identify non-standard operating conditions and communicate them to Production Supervisors for resolution. • Optimize utilization of tooling, labor, materials, and energy resources. • Set up, monitor, adjust, and maintain mechanical and hydraulic presses according to established procedures. • Troubleshoot and resolve automation, throughput, and product quality issues. • Review process sheets, technical documentation, and assembly information to execute job requirements. • Perform equipment cleaning, TPM activities, and minor repairs to minimize unplanned downtime. • Maximize production output through continuous improvement initiatives and process monitoring. • Provide training and leadership to Production Associates to ensure production and quality requirements are met. • Participate in continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives. • Support compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems. ## **What We’re Looking For:**• Post-Secondary Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma, Manufacturing Engineering Technician Diploma, or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. • Experience operating and setting up manufacturing equipment. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High level of integrity, accountability, and results orientation. ## **Bonus Points If You Have:**• Experience with coining presses. • Experience working within a Lean Manufacturing environment. • Experience setting multi-level die sets. • Familiarity with CNC controls and sequence controls. • Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives. ## **How to Apply:**Apply online at **www.johnsonelectric.com** — We can’t wait to meet you!
