HUB International in Windsor, ON is hiring for an entry-level sales/customer service role. Sell auto & home insurance; no cold calling, qualified leads provided. Build client relationships and deliver insurance solutions while meeting sales targets with excellent service.

Paid training and RIBO licensing, remote/hybrid flexibility across Canada, RRSP matching, and uncapped earning potential with commission. No experience required in insurance; training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and computer skills are required.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• No insurance experience is required; paid RIBO training provided.
• Non-licensed base: $40K + Commission; Licensed base: $45K + Commission.
